Tomato Florentine
Four simple ingredients, one big bowl of comfort, and enough to feed the whole family!
2 (23.2 oz.) cans tomato soup
2 (16 oz.) boxes medium pasta shells
2 (10 oz.) packages frozen chopped spinach
2 cups milk
Cook and drain the spinach.
Cook the pasta according to package directions and drain.
In a large saucepan, combine the tomato soup and milk. Heat until just below a boil.
Add the drained spinach and cooked pasta. Stir well until everything is combined and heated through.
Serve with warm Italian bread and enjoy!
Whether you are looking for a quick meal or a big bowl of comfort food, this easy-to make one-pot dinner will not disappoint! This feeds my family of seven (for under $15.00) with enough left over for my lunch the next day! When I say I am making Florentine for dinner, my pre-teen boys cheer... really, they do! Serve it with a warm loaf of Italian bread and a cup of chocolate pudding for dessert and they will kiss the cook! ❤️
